30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at jmalnati1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we'll provide the correct return address (which may be our supplier's warehouse).
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Plain English: If your item arrives broken or defective, we'll replace it or refund you — no need to return the item. Just send us a photo.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at jmalnati1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item in most cases.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
Items Not Received
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Email us at jmalnati1@gmail.com if the issue is unresolved after 3 business days
For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will reship or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
Plain English: If you changed your mind, return shipping is on you. If we made an error or the item is defective, we'll cover it.
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong items: KickLabHQ covers return shipping or waives the return requirement.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for refund or exchange under the same 30-day policy unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — processing time varies
- Contact your bank
